Welcome to Stitch Break

Welcome to Stitch Break

Scrubs by day. Seams by night. ✂

Welcome to Stitch Break — where thread therapy happens.

Meet Meagan: nurse, needle-wielder, chronic hoarder of fabric

I spend my days keeping humans alive and my nights (okay, and lunch breaks, and that one time in a waiting room) making things out of fabric. Bags. Quilts. Keychains. Basically anything that can be fed through a sewing machine, I've probably tried it.

Stitch Break is what happens when a caffeinated nurse needs a hobby that isn't staring at a phone. It started as my personal decompression chamber — turns out taking care of people all day makes you really good at taking your time with a seam. Somewhere between quilt #4 and keychain #212, it became an actual business. Wild.

The goods

Handmade, one stitch at a time, always in colors loud enough to match my personality (hello, yellow and purple — we don't do beige here).

Bags — for hauling your life around in style. Totes, pouches, the works.

Quilts — cozy enough to nap under, sturdy enough to survive your dog.

Keychains — small, mighty, dangerously easy to collect "just one more" of.

Custom orders welcome. Crochet makes a surprise cameo sometimes too — you never know when the hooks come out.

Why "Stitch Break"?

Because everyone needs one. A pause. A little color in the chaos. A reminder that even on your busiest days, there's time for something made with actual care — not mass-produced, not rushed, just stitched by hand by someone who probably just finished a 12-hour shift.

Come hang out

New drops happen whenever inspiration (and free time) strikes — and once a piece is gone, it's gone gone. No reprints, no restocks, just one-of-a-kind everything.

Fueled by thread, questionable amounts of coffee, and the occasional night shift.
